Where the strands
have been woven together.

We tested the methodology on the businesses we built ourselves before we ever charged a client. Cody’s ventures inside RedCord Co. are the longest-running case studies — and the proof that the framework works at scale.

Case Study · Author

Naureen Stack‑Frierdich

Author of Faith at a Crossroads. Founder of Crossroads Realty Group. Speaker on faith-led entrepreneurship.

Visit faithwithnaureen.com →

The challenge: Naureen had a published book, a strong personal story, and an active speaking calendar — but no infrastructure to convert any of it into a growing audience. No website. No email list. No funnel from social to book to speaking.

What we built: A new home for the brand at faithwithnaureen.com. A free-chapter lead magnet routed to a single email-capture funnel (the Golden Rule of distribution). A welcome sequence and bi-weekly newsletter we named Crossroads Moments. A 30-day content calendar and an asset library of reels, quote cards, and carousels in her brand voice.

The framework lens:

  • Story: brand identity, voice doc, content pillars
  • Stage: site, lead magnet, social calendar, newsletter
  • Stewardship: book funnel, speaking inquiry, future course path

Three strands, all woven, in the first engagement. Now running on Engine.

Case Study · Ministry

Together in Battle

Cody’s deliverance ministry. The first venture inside RedCord Co. — and the proving ground for the creator-economy model in a Kingdom context.

@codypersell · in-house

The challenge: Build a ministry brand in a category most agencies won’t touch. Spiritual warfare, deliverance, and inner healing aren’t topics that play well in the polished Christian publishing lane. The audience needed serious content, not safe content.

What we ran: Long-form teaching content under @codypersell across short-form social, paired with a content engine that surfaces specific deliverance stories without sensationalizing them. Drip newsletter for prayer requests and resource downloads. Public-facing events and ministry inquiries routed through a single lead capture.

Why this matters as a case study: If the framework can work for a deliverance ministry — a category most agencies actively avoid — it can work for nearly any Christian creator. We use the same playbook for traditional authors, pastors, and church leaders.

Case Study · Operator

House Guys USA

Cody’s residential services business. Proof that the Three Strands also works outside the Christian creator lane — for any operator-led brand.

We don’t typically take clients outside the Christian creator space. House Guys is the exception because it’s in the family — and it’s a useful proof point that the framework isn’t niche-locked.

Same diagnostic. Same five-stage process. Different audience, different content, different offers — but the strands worked the same way. Story (clear positioning in a noisy local market). Stage (a tight funnel from search to booking). Stewardship (recurring revenue lines built around the existing customer base).

For Christian creators reading this: the same engine is running on your peers, your friends, and on the businesses Cody built himself. We’re building it on top of a working playbook, not a theory.
